Musical theater
Hello, dear readers! Today I am writing of the musicals, as in my opinion are wonderful.
The musicals are a form of theatrical performance that combines songs, spoken dialogue, acting, and dance. The story and emotional content of a musical – humor, pathos, love, anger – are communicated through the words, music, movement and technical aspects of the entertainment as an integrated whole.
Musical theatre is closely related to the theatrical form of opera, but the two are usually distinguished by weighing a number of factors. Now reveals a comparison table between both disciplines:
Musicals

For
example: “Chicago” is an American musical with music of John Kander, letters of Fred
Ebb, libretto of Bob Fosse and Ebb. This is based at the time of dry law in the
city of Chicago, also based in the work of a woman reporter Maurine Dallas, who wrote on the basis of the same crimes that it covered. The history is a criticism at the corruption of judicial system and the concept of star criminal.
It should be noted that this work also has a movie that bears the same name, with a main cast composed of Renée Zellweger, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Richard Gere, Queen Latifah and John C. Reilly.
